Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Order Manager platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Order Manager is a field service operations platform that provides workforce management, attendance tracking, order and task management, and workflow automation tools for businesses and their employees. The mobile application allows field technicians to record shift attendance (including the location of each clock-in and clock-out), view and act on assigned or offered field orders and tasks, and receive notifications from their organization.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Your organization manages your account access and may revoke it at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: violating applicable laws, interfering with the Service's operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for any purpose other than its intended workforce management function.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details. The attendance features require foreground location permission. When you clock in or clock out, the app records your device's location (latitude and longitude) together with the attendance record, and this location may be visible to your organization. Location is only accessed while you are using the app and never in the background. If you do not grant the permission, you can still clock in and out, but no coordinates are recorded. The field map uses Google Maps and, for orders without stored coordinates, the Google Geocoding API, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Order Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us at legal@ordermanager.com.
9. Governing Language
These terms are provided in English and Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails.
